Siren.
More junk art because it's just a sketch -- but still pretty damn good. I don't know how to color it, of course, because I don't know how to use Adobe Photoshop.. T_T But one day I'll figure it out, huh?

Yet another comment from OchreJelly. Forgive me, I'm browsing through your gallery right now. I must say that this one really caught my eye. As a few others have mentioned, cross-hatching and line-shading are really difficult to pull off, but you did it admirably here. This one begs to be fully colored though, in my mind. I would love to try, if you don't mind, and if you've still got the original sketch sitting around somewhere.

Hey, you colored one of my favorite pics! I like the background- it's not distracting. Your use of only a few bright colors give the whole thing a unique look & creates a nice, happy tone overall. ^_^

^^ Very nice! I prefer to use Open Canvas myself. All you do is ink and adjust the white/black of the picture, and it is ready to color.

Very nice, the line art is wonderful here. In case you haven't noticed I am a huge fan of good, clean lines and nice smooth curves (no pun intended) and I really see those here. I like the shading too, in my experience most people can not pull off line shading. I typically see solid shading which is just fine but it's always nice to see someone go about it another way and actually carry it off with some grace. I must say, I am rather impressed with this image as the anatomy and the pose are pretty darn accurate and there are very few flaws (actually, the only one I would bother pointing out is that her ear is fully visable which seems a bit off).
I sent you a note with a good Photoshop tutorial in it, I would really like to see your works once you have polished up on your Photoshop skills. Bet they'd be amazing.

lol photoshop is somewhat a nightmare
(though a tip... I find that the multiply setting on
layers and the paintbrush make life somewhat easier hehe)

lol it darkens colors, but it lets you color inked drawings with out replacing the original lines (kinda like watercolor over black hehe)
