Upon my second play through of ME2, I realized that there must have been some info about Shepard's relationship somewhere. The first time I played, I never invited Liara on the Normandy because I thought she'd come on to me. But this time, I did, and she pretty quickly made a comment about Shepard's relationship with Garrus, asking if she was fighting for peace for Garrus' sake and even reassuring Shepard that xenophilia is not a bad thing. (Respect for Liara = increased).

Liara's expression's perfect here. I'm actually mortally afraid for the galaxy with her in charge of the Shadow Broker's network. I wanted a paragon option, "On earth, we've got a saying Liara: Gaze into the abyss long enough and the abyss begins to stare back." Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely... :/
Also, yeah, the dossiers were pure GOLD. Grunt's searches on great human warriors, dinosaurs, sharks and other dangerous animals were awesome. Or, "Oh, TIM... Human superiority, huh? Yet the only woman you've *bleep!*ed twice is an asari. >:3" Jack made me laugh out loud and then decide to NEVER MENTION IT. Tali though, especially because I ALWAYS romanced her (seriously, went and started a new Shepard with no history with Liara, JUST so he and Tali could hook up!)... Her constant nervous uninstalling and re-installing the Nerve Stim Pro ap. was adorable (much like everything about her :3). But then after she and Shepard, um... Well, you know... Nerve Stim Pro Deulux Edition! O_o Wow... Shepard must be REALLY good

She really does. I like to think she just just adores Shepard THAT much, male or female, but the reason she's not romancable for Femshep is that the concept's just too widgey for her; Shepard being both another species AND the same gender.
If they don't change though, she still got the immuno-booster, which leads me to think Bioware automatically asumed that EVERY male Shep would go for Tali, making her the cannon pairing...

Kelly also is quick to tell you that Tali's really interested in you, though I don't think she says as much about the other females unless you start hitting on them.
The fact that she says that about Tali regardless of whether or not you flirt with her and Liara's comment about Tali moping after Shepard for years made me think she's pretty canon too. Or about as canon as you can get in ME XD;
