Thank you so much for the advice! I'm barely starting to play with colors, and attempting to paint, and unfortunately I can't for the life of me attempt to paint the eyes. I always ended up using what I refer to as, straight up filtering the eyes. Using multiple layers to give the eyes shines that are used in anime styles. But I wanted to stray from that and just paint it with out filters. xD
I will keep in mind that dot effect next time I paint. Once again I really appreciate the advice on the eyes. ^-^
