"OY! Where in the Emperor's name do you have a knife in this gunfight?"
"Ran out of Bullets..."
"Slanger! We all run out of blood to bleed before we even dent to ammo stores!"

Are those renegades or loyalists?

Looks like the Severan Dominate. So, renegades, although in general not heretical such.

Actually, I don't think those are Severan Dominate. They don't have the crested helmets or the flak skirts, and SD armour is usually red, with a white or tan uniform.

So they fight for the Emperor but not the Imperium?Β

It's a complicated conflict along the Spinward Front in the Calixis Sector, depicted throughout the Only War Roleplaying Game. In a nutshell, they don't recognize the High Lords of Terra, but they still consider themselves loyalists and pray to the God-Emperor.
The leader, Duke Severan (if I remember correctly) is pretty much just after power, though, and considers his family betrayed after participating in the crusade that turnes the Calyx Expanse into the Calixis Sector. He's also working with the Dark Eldar.
It's actually an interesting conflict, and it has a lot of potential (some which I think FFG has wasted a bit.. or just not gotten to yet) and better than the usual "Chaos influenced stuff and now everyone is wearing spikes". It's a genuine schism and people are actually killing people they might otherwise have been good friends with. They pray to the same God, they venerate the same values, they have the same church (sorta), and they work with the same technology (mostly).
So soldiers of the Severan Dominate aren't "Traitor Guards" in the regular meaning.

Sad day when the Imperium has to fight its own.

but duke severan is pretty much heretic already. maybe some trading with tau or Β white eldar can be ignored if not too dangerous (like when blood angel teaming up with eldar to defend against tyranid invasion)Β
Β however, duke severan already selling few planet to dark eldar Β for slave making, in exchange of dark eldar weapon and technology, and even promising a sweet word to another planet lord that he never wish to fulfill.Β
sorry mate, but severan dominate is a really bad renegade, and not only that, they also lack of supplies to defend themself against xenos invasion (no more supplies from the imperium), although i feel sorry for the people under duke severus leadership. they just got tired of this war and want some peace. i just wish the inquisitor or grey knight to slam duke severan head in pikes and condemn him as heretic.

The vast majority of the Dominate does not know about Duke Sevran's dealings with xenos, though.

They aren't the worse kind of renegades. I mean at least they aren't chaos traitors, so they got that going for them.

Very hard to keep track of how much goes. We're only told the bad stuff cause it makes exciting tales. So overall, the Imperium has some nice places to live.
