Excited to finally become active in this group! It's super cute and I love the premise of it all. Meet Kelpie, a little Faelidh myo I designed!

💧 Size: A little smaller than the average Fae
💧 Birthday: July 17 | Cancer
💧 Species: Faelidh (Artisan)
💧 Caravan: Ocean
💧 Occupation: Artisan of seashells, seafoam, kelp/seaweed, bubbles, sand grains, etc.

💧 Personality: Kelpie is a softspoken, gentle, and shy little Fae that is often seen by herself. Having no partner yet nor any close friends, she tends to get lost in her work instead of socializing, which is creating things for beaches and oceans. She is incredibly focused in her work and is known to put much detail into everything she creates- even at the cost of making her productivity rather low on occasion. Her deep respect for the sea pushes her to work hard; she will not settle for anything less than a beautiful result every time. Even if it takes longer than it should to produce just a single seashell or grain of sand. Because of this, she is very hard on herself and at times it can deepen into the realm of self-loathing. Kelpie's self esteem and confidence are rather low; even when complimented on her work she finds it hard to believe that others are being honest, and instead can sometimes feel as if they are offering false appreciation out of pity. This negative mindset regarding herself is very strong and will require a lot of support in the future to overcome it even just a little. Kelpie just needs to open up her shell a bit more and let others in, to believe in them and herself!

-Her favorite things to craft are seashells and kelp! She wears them as her tail wrap and accessories. Sometimes she swaps them out for different types.
-She absolutely loves swimming and once she is off to explore the water, it's hard to find her to get her out of it again (~camouflage~)
-She painstakingly combs her tail-tuft daily in a specific way to make the fur part like a fish tail. It took a long time for her to train her fur to fall in opposite directions and actually stay that way, but she loves the result.
-Although she is a bit socially awkward, she is very considerate and when she sees someone upset or sad, she often gifts them with a pretty seashell or some other thing she's crafted. Seeing others wear or display her gifts in their homes makes her incredibly happy.

I like to rp if I have the time and inspiration to! I like to do paragraph styled writing through notes or google docs. I can also rp over Skype/IM but you'd have to be okay with me not responding right away, I'm not too good at super-quick in-succession rp'ing as I take lots of time to think before I write.

But most times I prefer to do something like where we just sort of throw out ideas and share headcanons and once we decide on them, then we draw them out! A picture is worth a thousand words, after all!
