Well this one was fun! I decided to give my Red Factor Sun Conure (a parrot for those of you who don't know.. lol) an OC. Lol! Her name is Sunset because her feathers are so red and I just love it! The colors were based off the parrot species itself. Next I'm going to do Pyro, a regular Sun Conure so he is a lot more yellow. :]Related content

Here's a bit of advice: don't use color fading (gradiance..?) on the body of the pony. Maybe the legs only? It's up to you.

This is so gorgeous! I love the hues of color fading into each other. It flows nicely. Also, her eyes are totally epic.

Hmm... I honestly wasn't thinking about it. I basically just made this out of the inspiration of my bird. But I have been thinking of a story for her. Just needa work with it a bit more.

Your use of gradients was rather nice, it doesn't change too dramatically and makes sense with the colour scheme I believe you have going on. The wings kind of clash with the rest of the body, but i believe that you were going for them to represent the sky around the sun or something so I suppose it was for the sake of the colour scheme. The eyes are just lovely, in my opinion.
