I hate to ask this question on deviant art , but I'm curious on the quality of the clothes. I've been wanting to purchase for months... Have you purchased anything from [link] (they temporarily shut down until late july)? Do you like the clothes? They look very good on you. All of these shots of you are wonderful, by the way. So pretty!

Retroscope seems to be very well made. I would recommend to anyone. Another very small lolita company I bought a dress from was CandyViolet.com . Though not alot of selection the dress I got [link] is VERY well made and the fluffy underskirt is very well made as well. The dress is a very heavy material, not just light cotton. I wouldn't say it makes a very good summer dress though because of that >.< I will ask my Lolita friend if she has gotten anything from In the Starlight. She seems to know all about what companies not to buy from.

I actually recently ordered from Retroscope and am planning on ordering from In The Starlight as soon as I'm back to my "normal" size so that I can measure my waist correctly.
My Retroscope stuff is lovely, with a good fit/material/etc. Totally worth anything I payed for it (and more, haha)
But I'm getting a princess petti, 2 skirts, a blouse, and possibly an accessory or two from ITS soon...

I like this friend of yours =] lol

My friend has yet to order anything either from In the Starlight so it would be greatly appreciated if you would let me know how well made they are when you get them

I just ordered from visusky.com but they haven't arrived yet. Have you ever checked them out? They are in Japan and ship overseas. When I ordered it was free shipping (not sure if that was from the holidays or not). Thought I would let you know about that site as well.

I just recently got my ITS items if you want a mini-review.
I ordered a navy and white sailor bustle jsk, an alice in wonderland skirt, princess petti, eyelet bloomers, and matching bows for the JSK and the skirt
All of it has really good quality. The petti is very large and bouncy (I ordered a princess petti so I could use it in school without a HUGE poof, if you want more poof go for the other petti that they have)
The alice skirt is a little bit thin, and I'm not sure how it's going to work yet... I tried it on, and it looked fine. I just wish it was a little bit thicker
The jsk is perfect! The length is a little longer than my knee (I'm 5'4"), and it looks absolutely adorable! It's thicker than the alice skirt, and is good quality (not as good as Retroscope, but better than the skirt)
The bloomers were a bit short, but that's my fault. I got them custom lengthed and didn't get them quite long enough Nice, though
Both bows look nice, but I haven't tried them on with the jsk/skirt yet
I also haven't worn either item in public yet, only quickly in my bathroom mirror. The day I got them was my last day of school until this coming tuesday (and it's wed. now haha)

I don't think I forgot anything... Oh, shipping said 2-4 days, they shipped it friday and I got it Monday afternoon on my porch
I'd whimper about it not being well packed, but all of it was in one small-ish box and none of it was breakable =] They had a bit of tissue wrapped around the lining of the box. The clothes were so cold when I got them I could barely try them on! (I live in New York, and it had been on my porch for a few hours, haha)

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. I am considering going back and buying their Dolly Blouse soon.
Oh, here are the links to the items that I bought:
