WHAT? Looks weird? You've got to be kidding me! It looks awesome. It leaps off the page! This looks like you started with some kind of printer's block for impressing Deans on paper, and then painted it with acrylics. Not weird! But there's something different going on in here that I like. For instance, I absolutely love seeing the grain of the paper here, which just adds this crisp texture to the piece. I'm used to seeing that on my traditional media chalk pastels. It just works brilliantly here. And I continue to just love, and be blown away by, your use of dark and light in your work. Often a very small amount of light creeps in, and there's a strong sense of darkness, and foreboding, or obscurity, cut through, generally, by relatively little light. However, it's just so well placed. Like here, how it bounces off his skin and up into the bottom of his eye. It's well done.

Yay Dean! I started watching Supernatural the week of my final exams (they were grade 12, so who cares?) and got all the way up to halfway through season 4 in a week. Work started and I still haven't finished season four >: ( Tonight, no sleep! WORMSTACHES! IT'S A PARADE!
