Kiyomi is ready for school, and not an ordinary one, because
is for rich kids and you know what happens there; in anime old fashion
school is about 10% actual school related stuff and 90% something else, like
crazy adventures, romance, handsome people with first
world problems... and magical girls YAY!

Great job dude! The line work is incredibly smooth and professional. Great choice of colors that are smooth yet bright. Her pose is really cute and welcoming. The arms behind her back show innocence, which is really helpful in showing personality.
As for proportions, her shoulders and arms are great, but her lower half could use some tweaking. Maybe shortening her torso/stomach would help too. Her chest (I struggle with this too, I'm with you bro!) should have a different shape. Instead of circles, think more of bags with weight (koala-bears.deviantart.com/art… ).
Back to the coloring, I looove the hair! The electric blue is an awesome addition to her black hair. It really grabs my attention!
Overall, great job bro! Proportions are really tricky with non-chibi manga style, but that in no way ruins this piece! Stay cool!

Thank you for the critique, I totally agree with you! I could do better on her lower half and made the chest look more natural (also the legs seem a bit weird). I'm going to work very hard to get those mistakes out of the way next time.

This picture reminded me of the time when I was at a school with a dress code. Forced to wear the same 4 or 5 shirts every week... Those were dark times. D:

Man that was a lot! I only had to use two types of uniform and
hated them back in the day, but now I find them interesting and nice
to look at 
A more interesting one let me tell you XD
You can be either a supporting character or the protagonist but
both of them can still have crazy adventures.
