And before you, you can see the reason that I don't make backgrounds in my pictures.It is also the reason that I made this one. I thought that a bit of practice was needed.
I must say, it looks much better in the thumbnail

lol it's Table Mountain in Cape Town. Quite easy to spot, being a giant flat mountain and all XD
Maybe one day you can see it (sans dragons of course!). It would I admit, be incredibly better with the dragons.

Once it gets a bit bigger, it just looks a bit messy.

Only crit I can give is that table mountain looks a little too short. And devil's peek isn't actually connected to table mountain it's self. Though I guess that can depend on from what angle you're looking at it. BUT NONE OF THAT MATTERS, because you still pulled it off awesomely. Seriously, the lighting is just amazing. And don't even get me started on the waves and the dragons.

Haha, well, I've only ever stood on table mountain once, so my memories of it are a bit fuzzy
^^ thank you so much. Arrg, I've just seen so many amazing artworks that are MADE by the background, and it's the one bit of a painting that I ALWAYS avoid, even traditionally >_< I thought practice was needed. ^^ I too likes the dragons XD

Me too! I always half-ass background, they're just not fun at all. But you're right, background can make an already beautiful drawing just that little bit better.
