The base model is Victoria 7, however I have created costume morphs for it has I do all my models. The dress is a combination of modeling done in Marvelous Designer, and Blender, imported into Daz Studio and Render in iRay. I only do fashion commissions on deviantart in 3d modeling and the info is in my journal for May additions. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Clothing wise, it should not be a problem, the only item that I am unsure if I can create are the boots, never done anything like them before. Everything else should be fine. If this is okay I can have the unrendered snap shot to you by Monday of next week, I'll send you a link, so you can look it over and have me change anything you want me to before I render it out. It usually takes me a little more than a week to get everything done including all the texturing and renders. 

Just a couple of questions otherwise,

-did you want me to use one of the models that I have already designed, and any particulars on the marble coloring or material you want used for it.  
-the colors and fabric did you want it the same or different. 
-and did you want the same pose or as close to as I can get as in the picture or something different.

I would like to try to create the one you sent first, just wanted to let you know that the boots are something I may not be able to create though I will try . As I said I should have the unrendered base to you by Monday, you can check if you like how its coming along.
