for now I can visit the beaches when I travel on business or on vacation...
Have a nice day Amada!

which is the city that you live?
I imagine that Ukraine should be a very cold place,
so maybe you do not go so often the beaches...
in Brazil is very hot, the beaches are always full,
especially in southeast and northeast regions of the country...
thanks my dear!!

No, Ukraine is not that cold. We have 4 distinct seasons as for the "coldness". Anyway, I am in Lithuania right now and it is a bit colder than Ukraine.
The thing is not that it's too cold to go to the beach, but that there is no time to do that!
Oh, I know Brazil is a beach-people country.

Lithuania? What city are you in? I would like to search in Google Earth
in fact Brazil has a large coastline, but most of the people live very far
from the sea, toward the center of the country, I live about 700 km from the sea...
in Brazil, home to many Lithuanians and Ukrainians, there are communities
in some cities, especially in the South...
Have a nice day and a great Weekend!!
hope you have some time soon in order to have fun at the beach

It's in Klaipeda. Look for the pictures - the beaches here are really beautiful.
But anyway, don't people feel the necessity to go closer to the sea at least once a year?
Really, many Lithuanians in Brazil? I can imagine Ukrainians there, but not Lithuanian!
Thanks! Have a spectacular week!

yes, there are many Lithuanians, probably about 50 000 immigrants and descendants, live, as you said, in cities of the south and southeastern Brazil,
even near where I live (so I did not know )

I, if I could, would all day at the beach, walking, enjoying the sun and sea, I feel very good

wow! Klaipeda is a large city, it seemed very prosperous, with modern buildings, a big port, many universities, many industrial and residential buildings...
seems that the city is a gateway to a large bay...
is a very old city, there must be great historical monuments...
There are several soccer fields, it seems that, as in Brazil,
yours are very fond of this sport...
I saved a marker in my Google Earth to see the whole city with more time...

Thanks!! you also have a wonderful week!!

Wow, that's a surprising number! However, I hope Ukrainians outnumber Lithuanians?
Yes, such walks do feel good.
It is not so large. I would say it's medium, but life concentrates in the centre. Other parts are fabrics and houses. But it's beautiful and very Europen-like.

in internet research found numbers that says that there are
approximately 200,000 Lithuanians and 1,000,000 Ukrainians (including descendents)...
both live in southern and southeastern Brazil, in several cities...
I really liked your city, i go look more often in google earth,
I hope someday to meet her personally...
There are many places you can walk around, have fun?

So many Ukrainians! Yay for Ukrainians!
It is beautifl indeed. I really should have more pictures of it here...
I adore the Old Town. It's just so beautiful and romantic. Has a real European feeling to it, with colourful buildings and block pavement.

I do not personally know someone in Ukraine or Litunania,
but I think we are nice people, hardworking and with great culture...
you, in particular, is so friendly and kind, but tell me more about your people,
you are Ukrainian or Lithuanian?

I am Ukrainian. We are truly kind, hospitable, and hard working. Ukrainians love to party, love their families, singing and dancing. Those are, of course, historically established features. But many of them support this "who is Ukrainian" view till now.
