Boss Battle: Kyogre!

"Though you managed to help a few Pokemon by the river bank in the face of a massive flood, the dangerous waters still have not receded. The Guildmaster has kept in close contact with Slowking, who has reported that the rain just does not stop. He now suspects that a Pokemon must be at work, and asks that the guild as a whole ought to take a trip down river to the Triangle Delta to see if his suspicions are true.

Making your trek down the river bank, you notice that the rain only gets worse as you approach the sea. In the distance, you see a large figure summoning large waves and calling upon the rains to drown the land. You know that the culprit can only be one Pokemon - Kyogre!

You ready for battle as you notice its eyes are glowing red, just as Jirachi's had. Taking a deep breath, you rush to quiet the rain."

Boss Battle ensued.

As Kyogre calms down, you are puzzled by these events. You know that Kyogre is well aware it's powers could hurt the Pokemon of the river and that, on normal circumstances, it's unlikely it'd ever do this. So, why now?
Slowking approaches the Guildmaster and you eavesdrop to hear what's going on.
"As I'm sure you suspect, this is extremely rare and outright odd," he begins. "I've been hearing rumors all over that Pokemon in control of nature have begun to awaken from their dormant forms and gone on rampages."
The Guildmaster inquires further on the subject.
"Well, just the other day, I heard from friends in the upper mountains that Earthquakes have been popping up from time to time, more than usual. I think it might might be worth it to look into it."
You can only guess what Pokemon could be causing the disturbance as you watch Kyogre swim silently away into the abyss.
