Even if they managed to fight, I think it would end up in a draw: Hank shoots to kill; Vash is really friggin' hard to hit. Vash shoots to incapacitate; Hank, in turn, is hard to hit. Even if one of them was hit, Hank has a good chance of resurrecting and Vash isn't human. But, I think they'd get along. :3
