He is a Chubby chu, he is somewhat difficult to convince and don´t like train, his brother a Pikachu always tries to lose weight and that he train,normally you accept all kinds of food, and it is a way of convincing to do something ( you need to give a lot of food)
He does not like to tell fat, He likes to sleep in her blue pillow after eating.
