Sinister laughter fills the void
The offender,unseen.
Until,with a flicker of light,
A smiling fool calls with a knife.
It was but a moment,before
The target fell to the floor.
Silence,but then insane laughter
All for the fallen's slaughter.

So now,when darkness falls tonight,
Beware,beware,of madness fright
For,as the Fool of Hearts once said,
"Madness is merry,and merriment's might-
When the jester comes calling
With his knife in the night."
