Hmm, I don't know - I've heard its quite popular among mercenaries, though I've never read about its actual quality...
I heard the Chinese Type 56 AK is the biggest piece of shit out there to date, though...

That's one of the best ones actually because it's cheap and it does what's it meant to.
Seriously, where are you getting your infomation from?
My books on firearms and my AK hoarding friends both agree Chinese AKs are pretty reasonable.
The AMD-65 gets really hot around the barrel and just has so many minor issues that a number of people say it's just a terrible firearm in general.

Fair enough, I have no idea about how the AMD behaves in battle, just read it somewhere online that it indeed is popular among mercenaries, i have even seen countless pictures to that...
But when it comes to Chinese - i mostly heard that from military personnel from Yugo days - not that its a bad rifle, simply - the most crappy and cheap of all AKs you can find...
Shooting in cute, shooting range conditions vs the actual extensive field usage is not the same, i guess that is what they mean...

Yugo is crappier then Chinese one, it has no chrome on it's barrel.

Besides that point - i wouldn't say its crappier than the Chinese one - served me just fine in the field and never failed me but once, and then - it was simply my fault...
Plus - the rifle was made in 83' , not THAT old, sure, but was extensively used in early Yugo wars, and the NATO aggression on Serbia in 1999. - worked like a charm...

Everyone involved during the war in 1983 was utterly insane and fucked up in the head.
All three racial groups had considerable numbers missing and all three reported some variation of genocide. The UN was also uselesss to protect anyone.

The war wasn't in '83....
There were two wars, one from '91 to '95 in witch Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia were fighting against each other, and another one in '99 where Albanian terrorists fought against Serbian armed forces and police units in Kosovo, backed up by criminal and unlawful NATO Air force strikes most of the time...
The later war was the only war in history where an Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk was actually shot down - it was shot down by then Yugoslavian military land to air units...

I think I got that year confused with the one in 91.
Maybe I was thinking of when the Cold War ended when I said 1983.

It would seem the only faction without a number of war crimes on their head, was the one that was reported to be doing suicide bombings.
As for 99, the reasons given were said to be to counter further human-rights violations. The sad truth is that the bombs didn't actually hit that many military targets, if any.

The sad truth is that the so called civilian victims were actually KLA terrorists shot by Yugoslav army and then dragged away and dressed as civilians, same thing happened in Bosnia....
Even the German investigator confessed this years back, but now whats done is done and his voice is one of the rare ones in the darkness...
No one mentions Albanian organ trafficking of captured Serbian soldiers and civilians, also - slavery trading...
Kosovo today, after the Albanians and NATO took over is one big cesspool of crime and violence - proof of their "liberation"...
Many children died in NATO bombing in Serbia, just like in all the other countries USA invaded - we erected a monument to the dead children in 2001, but recently it was removed so people would forget...we protested and its back again - NATO scum of epic proportions, im sorry if this offends you, but its true...
Our Christian monasteries were burnt, priests killed cause Albanians are savage Muslim fucks, etc...
All of that backed by USA primarily...
Alas - I really dont wanna talk about this any further, its a painfull topic for my people, Kosovo is a bleeding wound to this day, but its cool - the west isn't gonna stay in power for long now...

The Serbian regime at that time is known around the world for being as precise with it's information as China is.
You know, the China that won't admit there was a democracy protests years ago; that was put down with tanks and machine guns.
You do know that when Americans shoot terrorists we hide the bodies right, after we take note of who they are and what they are carrying?
You know, because in Vietnam they kept hiding the bodies and we had no idea if we were lossing a lot of men or they were.
Why in Gods name would Yugoslavia shoot terrorists and then let people dress them up, that is incredibly hard to pull off. What about the mass reports of rape and missing people, were those terrorists?
You sound like a Soviet, trying convince me that the USSR was the good guys and the Nazis did all the evil shit; when both of them killed millions of people each that weren't even soldiers.

Are you saying that everything invaded countries claim is a lie, and everything American regime says is true???
How do you know there was a protest? Do you live in China perhaps?
Newsflash kid - i LIVE IN SERBIA, so i should know what the fuck is going around in my surroundings...
Even if it happened, it was probably sponsored by the west, just like that shit going on in Ukraine now - guess the west didn't plan that one out as good as Yugo bombing, now - did they?
Russian bear is no longer playing...
You sound like a typical American - brain-dead and self-righteous, not knowing to find North Korea on the map, but probably "passionately" hating it... (not defending North Korea here, btw)
Thinking that all the regimes and nations out there are volatile and sociopathic, but America is the only normal country in the world?
Friend - you were founded on genocide, the very United States, the "center of democracy and equal rights" was founded on racism, genocide and exploitation...and it didn't change much today, either - fuck the black president, hes a puppet, anyway...
American man cannot understand that capitalism and "democracy" (there's no such thing in America, ask the Indians, among others...) is not something that every culture will respond to.
NO, not every nation wants to work that way, you know why?
Cause we have culture, we have our OWN fucking traditions, our beliefs and that's all we need....my country? My country is Older than Jesus, you know that???
We already had a full blown law and a state long before USA was ever conceived as a thought, back when people thought the world was flat, kid - you people don't know shit, what history do you have, besides the civil war and independence war???
Nothing, just invasion, over invasion - "spreading democracy" around the world...
Do you know that In medieval Serbia - people had the freedom of religion?
There were text that were found to very that - other religions were not tortured, they could believe in what they want, and Serbia was an Orthodox Christian country...
Forget it, as i said - i don't even care - the inbreed, gay-loving west is dying anyway, all empires fall eventually - so will USA/NATO/EU...
The whole wide world has a bone to pick with America - LITERALLY, even their "alies"...
Did you really think USA was gonna stay on top forever and lead the way for the "brave new world"...
With all this said - i got nothing else to say to you, we are on different sides and just remember that all the bullshit you tell me about how my country is brainwashing me - right back at ya pall - think about it, how sincere is your government to you, especially when it was conceived on deception, murder, racism, exploitation, etc...

Because the entire world had reporters there when it happened, when a vast number of countries have "evidence" that something happened and people go missing over the issue; then it happened.
I'm not brain-dead and self-righteous, you are the one who dove into ad-hominem when I said what you know might not be true.
I know more about the world then you do, I can find hundreds of countries on the map and I know the history of every single empire that has ever existed on the globe, provided it had a written history.
So here I am, saying you might be wrong and that dozens of nations disagree with what you know; but according to you that makes me "brain dead". Trusting Denmark, Switzerland, and Norway; which are mostly neutral countries for the last few hundred years; over a nation in the Balkans with hundreds of human rights violations on their hands in the last few decades.
Then what? You call my president a puppet when you know nothing about him and haven't heard more then two of his speeches? When you don't know a damn thing about our political system or how it functions?
And no, your nation is not as old as the idea that the world is round; we have known the world is round since before even France was a nation. It happened in the 600s BC, but only a "brain-dead American" would know that.
Inbred? Inbred? I am a mud-blood, I am so mixed that I can't account for 15% or more of my bloodline. I never get sick and I have features from all over Europe.
And no, American is not an Empire. Empires are vastly more powerful then America is and vastly more centrally controlled. We are more of confederation then a federal republic right now. We are right where the Empire is founded, to fix problems with democracy.
So yeah, I'm so stupid for being vastly better educated then you.

"Because the entire world had reporters there when it happened, when a vast number of countries have "evidence" that something happened and people go missing over the issue; then it happened. " - lol, no comment...
"I'm not brain-dead and self-righteous, you are the one who dove into ad-hominem when I said what you know might not be true. " - i did become aggressive, but not for the reasons you cite here - i have no doubts in what i said at all...
"I know more about the world then you do, I can find hundreds of countries on the map and I know the history of every single empire that has ever existed on the globe, provided it had a written history. " - you think you do....
"So here I am, saying you might be wrong and that dozens of nations disagree with what you know; but according to you that makes me "brain dead"." - right back at ya....
"Trusting Denmark, Switzerland, and Norway; which are mostly neutral countries for the last few hundred years" - lol, i wont even comment how ridiculous and naive this sentence is...
"a nation in the Balkans with hundreds of human rights violations on their hands in the last few decades. " - have you been there to see it? no? ...hm...shut up then...
"Then what? You call my president a puppet when you know nothing about him and haven't heard more then two of his speeches? When you don't know a damn thing about our political system or how it functions?" - your and my opinions and sources of information, as well as life philosophies differ so much, that there is no need for a right or wrong kind of debate over this one...
"And no, your nation is not as old as the idea that the world is round; we have known the world is round since before even France was a nation. It happened in the 600s BC, but only a "brain-dead American" would know that." - don't act like a pseudo intellectual and try to pull that card, you know damn well i meant the pre Columbus era just for the sake of the argument - measuring age, i am aware that the Chinese and Viking sailors saw US coasts long before...
"And no, *America is not an Empire. Empires are vastly more powerful then America is and vastly more centrally controlled. We are more of confederation then a federal republic right now. We are right where the Empire is founded, to fix problems with democracy." - ...lol....this is....just lol....this is the "crown" of what most Americans are...
...That is all, i no longer have interest in this conversation - you are simply "one of those people" and you answer very selectively and cunningly - Sure - stick to what you believe and walk away...ill do the same...

I am not a "pseudo intellectual", I am the epitome of what an intellectual is.
I capitalize the first line of all sentences even when I text or take notes. I looked up every single thing I believed to verify that it wasn't a rumor or a false memory. I don't use text-talk in debates and I don't call those I discuss with "stupid"; I merely sit back as they make whatever mistakes they are going to make.
No I don't select what I say, I actually say the first thing that comes into my head. The thing is that because I am an intellectual, the first thing that comes out of my head sounds carefully calculated.
I frequently change what I believe, nudging it one way or another according to new information. I used to make statements like you actually, which strangely enough was because I had my head up my posterior and I believed thinks I never had any proof of for no reason.
