You go up to the menu bar at the top of the webpage, click your username, go to settings and then from there it will say comment signature, you just copy "Avatar made by *Altairas " into that box and click save.

Your current avatar is an animated free avatar, right? It's only requests (as in the icon is only for your use) that are static. You can request one more running wolf if you want and then the slots are filled for free avatars.
