La Buster sword, de Zack y que despues fue de Cloud, del video juego FF VII.Mide 1.60 mts. pesa aproximadamente 2.5 kg. es de madera de pino tallada amano con esmalte acrilico en pintura base aceite.

Anyway I have some questions.
1- What's the mesurements of the blade ?
2- It's entirelly in wood, so ... it's not heavy ? I did the buster sword 2, some time ago ( in wood and expanding foam ) and was so heavy to embrace lol

2.- yes, only wood, but isnt heavy coz I work with an special pine wood from Chile and... is like 4kg

how did you attach the handle, with the materia holes. can you hold the swrd up?

I use a soul screw between the handle and the blade

Ok, so I know what an interscrew is.... but that just raises even more questions, like how is it in place/whee is it in place. Sorry if this is bothering you, zI just don't really know how to attach my handle on my buster sword, my last few attemps broke the handle.

Oh donΒ΄t worry, I would like to explain in a better way, but my english is so bad ^^U... I just attach the handle with the screw and them I assembly with the blade, and I use many glue like a suport

for the design on the hilt, did you cut something out and glue it on or whatever, or did you just sand down everything but the design?
