indeed but they impressed me so much, so did some other NPC's in Okami, such as Yoichi,Onigiri Sensei,Ida,etc. If I have time I would like to draw fan arts of them too,lol

You have to visit Queen Himiko's Grave(behind her palace)(as soon as you are able to after she dies), talk to the hand-maiden and water the stones from the well. Then you get a new Nuregami power, which lets you make it rain.
