I love galaxies and these days I got an inspiration to draw a new one. I tried to make it look more realistic and this time - not to be alone in the black space, as if it's observed through our starry sky. I like the way it came out.PS CS3

You know... The glowing mist is made of droplets of stars, not interstellar gas. If I had to guess, what looks like stars in a galaxy are probably dense star clusters.

Yes, It does look good. Did you use Photoshop or Render in Blender or 3ds Max? Either way it is a very beautiful art. Great work.

And about the saturation I think it's normal to see it in a different way than me, our displays don't have the same settings with certainty.
