I re-watched The Search for Spock today and I really had to make a drawing of the final scene, so full of hope, when Spock finally acknowledged his friends and crewmates~No need to tell that it was incredibly difficult to draw. No surprisingly because of the number of characters here, but also because of their so happy expressions
Uhura's beaming face was the hardest to capture... But I believe it got it right in the end~I enjoyed so much drawing all their outfits~ Much more varied than the burgundy uniforms (even if I love these uniforms ^^ )
I find Spock so handsome here~ his tiny smile is irresistible <3
So enjoy that so joyful and hopeful moment of Startrek <3

And Scotty's big beaming smile, it's so touching because he just lost his beloved Enterprise to save Spock,
but it's worth it because Spock is back, and Scotty just might have the biggest smile of all!

He only gives a big smile when he is totally overjoyed - usually when Kirk is involved

Yeah, Scotty lost his Enterprise but got Spock back and that's all that matters
Why else would Scotty be the happiest I've ever seen him, right after the Enterprise was destroyed? SpockΒ Β Β

Oh my goodness!! This is one of my favorite moments ever and you truly did an amazing job with it, Aloi! Uhura looks SO happy and amazed with her mouth wide open in that smile.

I'm so happy when I'm inspired to draw such a group scene ^^ It's quite rare since it's so so difficult and I only think of Spock most of the time XD
They deserved so much some art from me~
