Description
A story about breaking free, moving on and flying away in a red house. Shot in Sweden in July 2015.I would love to hear what YOU think about it? Idea, composition, improvements, mood. What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you see it?

This immediately made me think how many Swedes must feel about the world right. As much of Scandinavia continues to move us all in the right direction, some leaders, and nations, drag us backward to the point where Swedes may want to just break free. Also, I have Queen's I Want to Break Free! From an artistic perspective, I really enjoy your inclusion of the birds flying from the large tree-reminding us that some are freer than others! Nicely done. My on lly critique, and it's personal, is that the atmospheric perspective washes out the lovely deep reds of traditional Swedish houses. But again, that's just because it reminds me of Sweden and not an actual critique. This is now my desktop!

I like the left side and the sky under the floating islands, but the pittoresque classic setting with the flag makes the photo almost seem a bit nationalistic.

Honestly it would be very interesting to see you not only work with scaling again, but also to see how'd you approach these concepts you've previously done (considering how far you've come since 2007):

Your work is epic but in this particular piece I think you overdid the darkness of the shadow beams. At least it feels like that to me.

It does have a very powerful message: we all need to break free from whatever is caging us - social networks, overtime hours, stress and boredom of everyday life leading to procrastination, thus making us run around in the same vicious circle. Breaking free, finding simple things to be happy about. Maybe moving to the country side and enjoy life without racing for the next pay-check just to buy another useless gadget sold to us by some marketing manager.
Simple things in life are those that matter most.

The idea of flying islands isn't new but I like how you realized it. I love the details for example the broken power line which make it realistic in some way. The girl seems to be left behind or forgotten, nobody waves back..

My first thought it that this was something like the floating mountains in the movie Avatar. Second thought is, how is the person on the left going to get to the floating part? It's looks good, but I don't get a "flying away" feeling.

great, I don't know how you could improve it ... That's perfect in my opinion. I love the details in the tree (on the rock) too, the roots and the shape it has.

If it's flying away, maybe the flag should be pointing the other direction.

It makes me smile... the real feeling of absolute breaking free. And the composition is really nice.
I personnally should add a len to figure a prism of light, but that is very personnal.
