Oh my, I love Chris Pine and I love Wade, so that would be a dream cast for me. My favest of his characters is, for many reasons, Kirk, but it's true that Pine, as actor, give his best when he does the crazy guy ("Smokin' Aces", "Stretch" and "Horrible Bosses 2" that have yet to come out) or when he's doing "Light" movies with toons of humor and comedy (see "This Means War").
All said, I still feel that Ryan Reynolds, considering his being a great fan, could give us a good Wade because he (I hope) would have a say on the script and characterization.

I can definitely see this after seeing Smokin' Aces. And it would be awesome to see Pine show his crazy side again. Congratulations on finding an original role for Chris Pine.
