Everytime we listen to a song at school that has the word "shorty" in it everyone looks at me and starts laughing

It could also be that the rest of his family members are short and his mom and slightly taller than me and his sister is about as tall as him. Where I'm the average height of my family.Β

Enjoy being taller than her. I know my brother is going to shoot up in tallness sometime this year. He's 14 now and that was the age my other brother was when he hit puberty. My sister is short though, and I think she stopped growing. She has inherited the short-female gene on my dad's side.Β

haha I can only hope I stay taller then her, but probably not, i'll be the shortest of the family forever.

Well, maybe you can. We could coordinate a hangout when I'm home with my family. But that might be kinda awkward.Β

If you did catch me in a hangout where I was home and one of my siblings came up, I'd introduce you to them, but that might be it unless they're interesting in talking.Β

My siblings obviously don't seem to share my interests like I do. My sister was happy to guest in one of my streams, but my brothers couldn't care less. They think it's cool, but it's not what they like.Β

Yey Vampire! I hope I have twins one day. It's in the genes. My great grandmother was a twin. It didn't happen in my mom's generation, but if it does happen, it'll happen to the next generation. All of my siblings have the potential of having twins. Woot.Β

yeah it's in Dan'l and my genes my sister had twins a couple of times, but they didn't survive, miscarriage and one still born I think. The one with the still born brother, he survived but his brother did not, when I found i was pregnant i was so scared i was having twins. that would be double the challenge for me, but luckily i only had one beautiful baby boy

Definitely. You probably don't have plans right now, but would you like to have another kid in the future? And if you do, would you like to have a girl or a boy?Β

Tabby909 In reply to allissajoanne4 [2015-06-04 04:09:55 +0000 UTC]
honestly i could have another kid but if it doesn't happen i'm completely content with just one. But if i did have another i would love to have a girl, best of both worlds with a boy and a girl

Definitely. Robin and I have talked about the what if. If we couldn't have kids, we'd be content. If we feel called to adopt, we would. But we hope we can have kids. And I bet if you had a girl, she would be as beautiful as her mother.Β

awe thank you <3. Adopting would be wonderful! good for the parents because they get to have a kid and good for the child because then they will have a forever home

Yeah. I've known about the corruption in the foster care system for a while and I asked Robin about the possibility of being foster parents. But he said no and he had a good reasoning for it, I just can't remember it. As cool as it would be to have an international adoption, there are lots of kids in our own countries who need a family just as much as a kid in Africa or Romania does. Get them out of the foster care system.Β

And after hearing of your experience I really want to adopt if I can't have kids. Maybe we'd still adopt even if we had kids.

I can't say for Canada. The only foster family I know was good and eventually adopted him. But I'm sure Canada has its share of corrupt foster families too... wait yes there are!! I heard in the news lately that a foster family is being charged Β after a kid drowned in the bathtub and he was neglected.Β

it's almost the same story in history here about the natives. I think white people can still foster native kids though. humans were very cruel in the past to other cultures

Yeah. The Native Americans were here first, and we've kicked them off. Even the reserves are owned by us.Β

Yeah, the government was nice to teach them how to farm and then build their reserves on land with bad farming conditions.Β

I'm not sure. Canada started in 1867 and I think even though there was still racism towards the blacks it wasn't as bad as America. As far as I know if there were any plantations they were few and far between. I think slaves used the underground train to escape to Canada, did they?

Well the funny thing is with that whole war of 1812, the American text books say that they won, while the text books in Canada (and historians prove) that the Canadians won the war of 1812. Tis weird.Β
