Description Huey Huey Huey!! I just imagined 's son Anthony as an actual dog looking at Lecea and being like, "Look at my mom and my dad. They're taller than you. That means I'll be taller than you!" and Lecea's like, "You're a dog... I'm a cat. Of course you'll be taller than me."Β

It could also be that the rest of his family members are short and his mom and slightly taller than me and his sister is about as tall as him. Where I'm the average height of my family.Β

Enjoy being taller than her. I know my brother is going to shoot up in tallness sometime this year. He's 14 now and that was the age my other brother was when he hit puberty. My sister is short though, and I think she stopped growing. She has inherited the short-female gene on my dad's side.Β

Yey Vampire! I hope I have twins one day. It's in the genes. My great grandmother was a twin. It didn't happen in my mom's generation, but if it does happen, it'll happen to the next generation. All of my siblings have the potential of having twins. Woot.Β

yeah it's in Dan'l and my genes my sister had twins a couple of times, but they didn't survive, miscarriage and one still born I think. The one with the still born brother, he survived but his brother did not, when I found i was pregnant i was so scared i was having twins. that would be double the challenge for me, but luckily i only had one beautiful baby boy

honestly i could have another kid but if it doesn't happen i'm completely content with just one. But if i did have another i would love to have a girl, best of both worlds with a boy and a girl

allissajoanne4 In reply to Tabby909 [2015-06-04 04:13:15 +0000 UTC]

Definitely. Robin and I have talked about the what if. If we couldn't have kids, we'd be content. If we feel called to adopt, we would. But we hope we can have kids. And I bet if you had a girl, she would be as beautiful as her mother.Β

awe thank you <3. Adopting would be wonderful! good for the parents because they get to have a kid and good for the child because then they will have a forever home

allissajoanne4 In reply to Tabby909 [2015-06-04 04:33:31 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. I've known about the corruption in the foster care system for a while and I asked Robin about the possibility of being foster parents. But he said no and he had a good reasoning for it, I just can't remember it. As cool as it would be to have an international adoption, there are lots of kids in our own countries who need a family just as much as a kid in Africa or Romania does. Get them out of the foster care system.Β

I can't say for Canada. The only foster family I know was good and eventually adopted him. But I'm sure Canada has its share of corrupt foster families too... wait yes there are!! I heard in the news lately that a foster family is being charged Β after a kid drowned in the bathtub and he was neglected.Β

ohgod that poor kid people really make me hate the world sometimes. That was an innocent boy and he died to young because of those damn foster parents. the kid isn't just a paycheck that's a living being and some foster homes just don't see that

allissajoanne4 In reply to Tabby909 [2015-06-04 18:03:52 +0000 UTC]

And what makes it worse was that he was Native . There's a new rule around that white people can't foster Native people anymore, so only Native people can foster Native people, and if those Native people went through residential schools when they were young, they are in no shape to raise a possibly troubled kid.Β

Residential schools are a dark spot in Canada's history. The government took Native kids away from their families and put them in boarding schools led by the Catholic church. It was awful. Lots of kids starved, they were abused both physically and sexually, they died trying to escape and if they were lucky, they maybe got to see their parents once a year. They have no idea how to trap, hunt or do anything that their families were able to do traditionally. And most of then didn't know English, so they were punished for not knowing English.Β

Tabby909 In reply to allissajoanne4 [2015-06-04 18:07:07 +0000 UTC]

it's almost the same story in history here about the natives. I think white people can still foster native kids though. humans were very cruel in the past to other cultures

allissajoanne4 In reply to Tabby909 [2015-06-04 18:11:50 +0000 UTC]

Yeah. The Native Americans were here first, and we've kicked them off. Even the reserves are owned by us.Β

allissajoanne4 In reply to Tabby909 [2015-06-05 02:44:15 +0000 UTC]

I'm not sure. Canada started in 1867 and I think even though there was still racism towards the blacks it wasn't as bad as America. As far as I know if there were any plantations they were few and far between. I think slaves used the underground train to escape to Canada, did they?

Well the funny thing is with that whole war of 1812, the American text books say that they won, while the text books in Canada (and historians prove) that the Canadians won the war of 1812. Tis weird.Β
