Volunteer Design for percivals . Thank you for being patient, I hope you like him!

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
Reptile-velociraptor type body as a bad or evil scientist. Nothing was hard to understand.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I had a pretty hard time with this, I'm not used to putting clothing on ferals, so I redid this design like 4 times. Although this was the one I was most happy with I stuck with the bottle slings on the tail. I decided to choose purple as a main palette because it is easy to use as a more "evil" color. The main quirks I can think of is that this creature was dropped into some chemical causing his innards to glow more neon colors, and he can create certain acidic chemicals from his bodily fluids.
