Description This is my first attempt at drawing Morena Baccarin/Inara realistically. i tend to avoid it because i have issues when it comes to noses. i think she looks ok, a bit disney doe-eyed, but ok ^_^

comments very welcome as always *g*

FIREFLY! :does happy dance: I love that show.

How unfortunate. You have mentioned one of my biggest trigger buttons (face and body proportions) and so I'm going to force unwanted advice upon you. With noses, you can generally get away with not drawing the arch at an angle, only hinting at it with light shadow. This gives you a little more leeway, because your eyes automatically fill in space as your brain thinks it should. Also, at an angle, you must curve the arch of the nose unless that person has had it broken on too many times.

I could go on into a spastic lecture on various body proportions, but unless you're interested, I'll spare you the pain.

Nice job, the ear looks a bit low though. You could also finish the upper torso, it looks like you started it then just got bored or decided not to complete it. Keep it up.
