Now is the demon little or are you big? One thing I often imagine in fantasy settings with a monarch class demon is that they'd have a scribe or scribes that are responsible for recording their decisions, deals made and perhaps more importantly reading to them. As unless the demon lord wants to use magic to do so turning the pages of a book could be difficult. Plus I imagine it'd be more fun to be read to.
Even considering a scenario with a young titan who likes to sneak her favorite scribe into her ear to read to her whenever she's board. Such as whenever tribute is being offered but the worship and praise is going on a little long for her liking.
That brought out a funny thought. Have you ever played Never Winter Nights? Or however you spell it. Anyway, there is a dragon in the game that intended to train a kobold to be a mage so it could hep with certain tasks. Well the kobold was a horrible mage but made for a very amusing bard/jester to the dragon. Thus the dragon spared him and in many ways it worked out for the other kobolds. The jester was amusing enough the dragon didn't feel the need to kill them as often for being annoying.

I believe there was a miss understanding. The question was are you big with a regular sized demon on your shoulder or are you regular sized with a small demon on your shoulder? There is no background for scale after all.
