How do you make it go all soft and cushy my photography teacher told me a while ago and now a forgot D;
I'd love to know when i try i just get really clean precise pictures of the water not all soft

you have to extend the shutter speed, a second or 2 should do the trick in most cases but go as long as u want if ur camera will allow it. use a tripod if u have one too.
