Ok so, this is my first attempt at what i think is called 'digital painting' which i think is using the opacity option, which is what i did
It was sooooooooo fun! I loved it, i'm going to do more stuff using this techniques because i was amazed at how awesome it actually looked! I thought i would fail at it 
But anyway, the is Altair form Assassin's Creed, i had to do some good fan art because the game is awesome XD

Yeah, i've only actually played the first one myself but i've watched my dad play the 2nd and 3rd.
I like both Ezio and Altair but i like that Altair was always very hidden and secretive, you never really know what he looks like
I'm planning on playing the other at some point, i've just got to get round to it

just by sketching the pose and stuff first and then using base colours and then putting in more and more details until i thought it looked good

This is very, very amazing. Such a hard technique. I would recommend just working on the legs a little bit. They look a little disproportional, though that may just be me. Other than that, perfection.

I think it's better for you to specify that you had the original pic as reference. not copying because you might end up with trolls telling you, you traced it. D: And it's a beautiful piece in the end.
