Sketching in my sketchbook today.I'm really liking these guys design. The armor and helmets turned out pretty cool.

They remind me a little of your Griffins in the face and ears. But you certainly can see the difference in those cool taloned feet and their feathered tails. I wonder if they are related.

Yes they are very similar in fact. I really like their feet. It gives them a distinct difference then their relations.
Indeed they are related even though they would probably hate to admit it.
You know it would be cool if these guys live on the planet while the Gryphons live in the clouds. The Gryphons don't care for their relatives and look down upon them. Literally.

That one even has a scarf-type thing almost like Rita! This is cool. I like the circle in the chest of their armor. Reminds me of Iron Man.
Their more bird like feet and hands is interesting. Easier to tell them apart from Gryphons.
