you may be thinking, 'what the hell is this??!', to which I say, I have NO IDEA
It's definitely abstract, but has some sense of realism because of the depth and motion involved.
But I'll tell you what I see: a giant collossus rampaging a city, swinging his 'engine puppets' all over the place!

I just watched "Battle Los Angeles" and the alien's, who attacked our planet, "mothership" was beeing transported by the drones attached with some sort of cords. I instantly thought "OH SHI-----!!!" It looks exactly like your work :F Your stuff blows my mind.... literally.

I see a defeated capitalist nation being subject to an Armageddon that has been waiting behind enemy lines for over 200 years.

Id say define the bugs much more and add visible joints to the engine's fingers and it will be awesome. Also define the engine's head more, so we get a focalpoint.

futuristic killer bees? (they became sentinent and sophisticated in the art of metalcraft and science, they made a massive moving base for their hive and body armor for the drones, and thus took over half the world) (or just whent on the rampage against humans for stealing their honey)

Nah not really. An experiment gone wrong. It's taking down everything, including buildings around it. There are some jets trying to stop it.

Looks like some cybernetic version of a worm from Dune running like mad from something...bigger...and more ominous...hey, cyberpunk Dune meets robotzilla sometime before the machine crusade! Whatever it is, I love it!

A small train carrying the hope of the remnants of a city terrorized by a giant mechanical terror. The people are racing against time on this one little train to be taken to safety.

Bees (or some other insect, wasps maybe?) on tethers. I like the turbine-intake faces.

OR, (after more thought) some sort of steampunk clean-up team, so instead of rampaging, they're cleaning.

Looks pretty sweet man. What I put together in my head from this was a sort of invasion scenario. Ships from the enemy come rushing in to seize a nuclear power station, but instead of letting them have it and control it, the defenders pull the plug and let the thing melt down. In effect, bringing the ships down with EMP right before it goes critical and takes out a large chunk of the city they're trying to invade. Sacrificing some of their own to try and protect the whole.
