The dress itself looks very well made, and the fabric looks comfortable. The bust looks perfect if you're going for a Victorian theme. Personally the only problem I would have is the amount of loose fabric around her waist. It looks baggy and floppy and it sort of ruins the whole classy look of the outfit.
I think a pair of black lacy gloves would compliment this outfit perfectly though
