Description
Fitting the pieces of an old dream. In Spring The Gates open little by little.
In Winter The Gates are closed and the keepers walk at you with silent regret.
The most interesting fact about this photo is that I had to go back twice to get the wanted result. First time the light was quite bad but I still managed to get an interesting shot. After taking all the 3 shots I got the idea that there was something there.----------------------------------------------------

We used to live in a beautiful part of this city, one of the oldest communities, that had large trees. I found one tree that I wanted to photograph each season, however, we ended up moving before I could do that!

You're absolutely right! We live about a 45 minute away from the Rocky Mountains in Canada and what I really should do is get over there at sunrise and get some fabulous light for my photos but I'm lazy and don't want to get up that early ...

This is beautiful. It has a very clean feeling, and i really appreciate the fact that you didn't clutter it with unnecessary photo-shopping. I do think the perspective may have been a bit more interesting if you had gotten a little lower, and let the bricks in the walkway lead the eyes to the trees, but it is truly beautiful, regardless. Great work, as always!
