Description
Finding sunlit snow formations was quite a difficult task. The easterly wind had ensured that it was mostly level or wet facing slopes that had interesting foregrounds. With a bit of hunting I found something worth capturing. The light only lasted a moment but it was sufficient to make this image looking across to Y Foel Goch.[link]

It lasted only a moment, but it was worth hunting, it really gives that "touch" to the image that often snow images lack.

doesn't do a great deal for me this, would have thought a portrait shot down the layers in the snow would have worked better maybe...
(im just jealous as hell i wasn't there in truth!!)

Yeah, I couldn't shoot portrait because of footprints unfortunately. It was very difficult to find sun facing foreground TBH so I was a bit limited
