To start, this is a wonderful piece of artwork.

That there are only two colors used helps to define the blood better against the black background. This artwork is already so good on it's own I don't have much of anything to compliment it on. The rain is done perfectly, the blood is spread out as it mixes with the falling rain, and the wolfs position works nicely with the background.

However, there are two things about this picture that bug me a little.

1) The back feet. The left back foot is closer than the right however the paw seems to be a bit smaller, which through laws of proportion doesn't make sense. Minor, yes, but it would help the realistic look if the feet were proportional.

2) The lighting. On the eye and blood, lighting draws in the viewers eyes to the center and notices the emotion of the wolf and the blood. However, the lighting on the tail pulls the eyes away from the center. The lighting on the black fur doesn't make the difference it's the light on the red fur. Since there are only two colors one being neutral, any lighting on the primary color, red, would draw away the eyes attention. Another minor change but it would help the overall effect of the artwork.

So you want a critique? Ehh, I can't write a real one there so I'll just say some things in this comment. I'll take it step by step xD

First, the lines. Gotta say they are really nicely made. I like the smoothness, though maybe you could make them just a little less blurry. Yes, even if it's raining. To add that raining effect over the character, put on some glow where the rain touches the fur instead. But I really like how you drew the lineart, gives a nice touch and it's also very clean.
On the coloring there's really not much to say, because it looks very clean so I'll move on to the shading. Which is actually good. It blends in way nice, and honestly I think you did a very good job with it.
The character itself, well, I can't say much on it because it's YOUR style and it's a great style overall, plus it's you who decides how you draw your characters so I can't critique that. I have something to point out on it though. The front legs ARE drawn just right for the angle, but the right front leg is a bit too thin where it meets the paw. The left back leg, or rather, its paw, should be going more to the left considering the pose and all, like, the paw would be seen in a front view. The rest seems fine to me.
Now onto the expression, if you wanted to pull off sadness, you did it well. I mean, the way the wolf stares is showing sadness but also can suggest tireness from the blood loss, so I think it really fits with the image itself. And the nose. I LOVE the nose lol XD
The blood is..stunning. Really, I think it's the best part of this drawing. I mean, how it flows due to the rain...how you made it look like it's spilled on the paws, is just amazing. The last thing to comment on is the background. Which is also greatly made. I like how you did the ground, and the rain looks good as well. It's a dark background and it fits with the theme of the image so yeah. Nice job.
And overall, this pic is very good, I'm faving this.
