wow, gr8 work, very smooth animation.. eyes on the blue one are adorable.. `diamondie is right, it should be smaller, you could optimize it to 64 or even 32 colors, without loosing quality, and it would be much smaller..

It's very well done, especially for your first emoticon. I love the sad expression of the blue dude. The filesize is quite big though if this is to be used as an actual emoticon, they should usually be at most 15 kilobytes. The entire animation is just so good that I don't know what to cut out of it.
