This is a new OC!!~~
An aquatic one this time. I was playing Pokemon Heart Gold when I had the idea of this character. You may recognize which pokemon it is.

I like the shadows. And the background. He's under water, yes. And the colors are nice. Also, I like the hair, but the facial expression is weird. It looks... a bit... suspicious.
