You can read her profile and stuff on 's page. She's wearing a custom designed Shinigami captains outfit. I also took the time to custom design the lettering on the side

Cool, IMO, at one point the series reaches a REALLY low point(with occasional good parts) but overall, Bleach is pretty decent.
