Chapter 3 Page 37Guess who's on a roll todayyyyy -said in a sing songy voice-
RAVEN IS!!!! Today is my day off and I'm bored as hell, haha XDDAnd lookie here...The first obvious emotional change in little Taka.
And before we go on a hating Mufasa rampage, let's not go blaming Mufasa. He can't help that the other cubs like him more. It's just one of those sad things that will accidentally aid in Taka's madness.

I cant blame Mufasa, he is in pain too but the other cubs? They are total asses... They shouldnt ignore Taka's pain too.
Re-reading it again....Its NO wonder why he grew up to hate EVERYBODY and toΒ become so bitter later on, im not justifying the killings and the evil plots but... About getting bitter?Β I understand. :/

I totally agree with you. Some people might say "he could had just moved on, people love him, it's his fault he doesn't see it, they did nothing wrong", but it's not like that at all. We all need love and others to live. And if people let you down when you need them most, you can't trust them ever again. Taka's family and Pride proved constantly that he is not important. And while like you, I don't justify the killing (he could had simply left the pride to live on his own or bethrode to someone so he could be King and start elsewhere), I don't blame him for being bitter towards everyone. And I find really annoying that everyone later just treats him like a brat that's having an attitude problem. I mean, what did they expect?

This is one of those things where I feel mixed about how much I agree with Taka. I mean, on one hand, he has a point that he needs to be comforted and everyone seems to just be comforting Mufasa. On the other hand, you seem to make it clear that even once Mufasa made the others be nicer to him, Taka seemed to avoid them. That doesn't change that Mufasa at least should probably try and comfort his brother, but it does make me understand why the girls don't try and do the same.

Can't blame Mufasa, it's hard to notice things like that when you're grieving. I know when a close friend of mine died that I hadn't the slightest clue how anyone else was doing. It wasn't until later that I even thought of it.
