Are there image files in the resources folder under the skin folder? (Found under My Documents by default)

Also, do you see any error messages in the console? (Tray icon > About)

Hello, this is kinda old but I have the same problem.
There isn't any control options or album art, just the black gradient background.
There's image files in the resources folder, and also there are errors in (Tray icon > About)

Solutions?

Hi there,

The randomized album colors are hard-coded in the script, but I'm in the process of rehauling everything (separating the color retrieval from the visualizer and separating the visualizer from the skin). I hope you can wait a bit

The staircase effect is supposed to be like that... It's how the AudioLevel plugin maintains the data points for lower frequencies. You could try increasing the FFTSize variable, but that really hurts your computer

I managed to turn off the colors of the bars by changing ColorIntensity and ColorTransitionTime to 0 in the variables. The play/pause, skip and rewind buttons still have colors though.

I also increased the FFTSize and it fixed it Lowered the frame rate of the bars by a little bit but the trade off was worth it in my opinion.

Can't wait for what's to come, keep up the good work dude!

Cool, glad you figured it out!

There's still a lot of new skin concepts left to implement. I'll be on spring recess very soon and will be able to work on these more, so stay tuned!
