I'd argue this will be competing with Absorouter Dragon for Level 7 real-estate in the Revolver Deck, but the targeting protection may help put this card over the top. Especially combined with the slightly easier - to - hit Summon trigger.

That'd cut into those monsters' GY effects, wouldn't it? I think they'd more likely get a Rank 1, instead. Certianly Rokket Synchron is a well-traveled part of their strategy.
