Gloves: Pale Blue (ringlets - Dark Purple)
Tunic: Dark Purple w/Silver lines
Shoes: Pale Blue ankle sandals

Button: Silver with zodiac symbol
Cloak: To knees, Pale Blue, Silver lining, chain, & buttons w/symbol
Choker: Pale Blue, Silver button w/sign engraved on it
Tiara: Silver, Dark Purple Gem, sign on both sides of gem

I had to be very careful to make her look distinctly Japanese, since they have different features from other asian types. I used filters (‘zig zag’ in photoshop) in the creating of the water ripples.
