Chief Judge Barbara Hershey was one of the most popular and respected Chief Justices that Mega City One had known since Judge Fargo himself. Nonetheless, it was a position that had its downsides. Despite the power and prestige she held, despite the good that she knew she was doing every day, she still looked back at her time on the streets and felt that she had been making a real difference then.
