I'm just super curious on how you achieve that look, do you use a certain paper or coloring material? Technique?

I use regular sketchbook paper that's a little thick 'cause I color way too hard when i'm finishing a drawing (i've torn thinner paper in the past; HNG my soul ripped as well lol).
As for the technique, as i'm starting, I pretty much color lightly with 4-6 shades of a single color at a time (progressing from dark to light) then using a white colored pencil on the lightest parts to give it more of sheen? Aha I suck at explaining i'm sorry x_X;;
I swear my scanner eats color so I have to saturate the colors a bit after scanning; ughh I swear some of my pictures look better in person -glares at scanner-

I'm going to try your technique in the future, but I take my pictures with my iPhone....so I know the feel of it looking better in person.
Though your art always looks amazing anyway. <3 <3
