I love many things in him. And one them is his own darkness. Hу fights with it every time he puts on this mask. And when he takes it off. I love that he afraids of himself. And keep this fight again and again and again.I adore him.

One of my all time favorite quotes with Batman is when he picks up a gun and strips it apart in front of a thug then shivers as he does. The thug asks "Are you afraid of guns or somethin?" Then Batman goes.
"Yes I am, for I fear if I hold one for too long I'll realize just how easy it would be for me to end all your lives before you could even blink."
I was like "That is the most BADASS way to decribe your own fear while making everyone else freak out!!"

I have come to adore him too. I can relate to some of his struggles and I deeply empathize with his crusade. That smoke is such a nice way to display the constant storm that hangs over Batman's life.
