Description
Sometimes it seems that the heart must encase itself in plating of its own creation. This armor is poured, like molten bronze, shaped by the furnace of the heart.

However, to be clad in barding and mail is of no use. The heart cannot live like this. While the armor still glows with fear, or rage, or regret, the furnace grows cold, and the heart becomes as cold bronze.

What I wanted to write came to me as I was driving home. Unfortunately, I don't think I remember it right.
I love how parts of this look like bronze.
Also, if you look closely, you can see the heads of snakes that entwine the cold heart.
