I think you could do with some more exaggeration in your movements as well. Imagine how fast she is running. Could she get away with taking steps or does she need to take strides to go that fast? She would surely trip taking the small steps she is now. Experiment with it, try to "loosen your brush" when you animate (the rough animation, dont be loose in the details, lol)

The problem is I'm being to conserving, trying to do everything within a no. of frames to save data space and time. I now just going to let my self go, no more holding back. Think you for the feedback, it helps me out a lot.

Well with proper spacing and timing (intense easing in this case), you can fit anything into those frames you set aside for yourself So, what is your process for animation? For me, I first lay out the animatic, which includes maybe 3 poses for the action you showed above. It shows the resting, extended, then second resting position. Then, I take that and I break it down. I would probably break it down into thirds, and then I would place my keyframes. Each keyframe would represent on extreme in the animation, I would never choose something more suited for inbetween frames as I would make the frame ineffectual and the timing would be thrown off. After that, I inbetween everything.
At this point, i have been only working with the figure skeleton, so my next step would be to add the body to it. Usually I can find points like the hair or fingers to add follow-through at this stage. After that I color the body and finally add shading.

My process atm is considing how many frames is needed before I start drawing. I then use figures skels when drawing model and sometimes test the figure animation on photoshop before I draw the character if I not sure about the animation. if all look good then it's of to coloring and shading, and then to Adobe flash.

She appears to be running on a balance beam
Or are her arms supposed to appear to be straight out, rather than held backwards?
Also her tits don't jump enough, if you're aiming for realism of that sort.

Thanks for the critique, I will play around with it some more and make some changes.
