There is a HUGE set of chibi icons I made last few months. When I first started making these for fun at Pokémon forum, I've never imagined they would get so popular!*warning* BIG file. Please full view if interested.
I'm taking commissions for these, they are 7 USD each (at 300x300 resolution).

There so cute!! I was startled for some reason when I saw the cockatiel on the one tigers head, (i used to have one), is there any significance to it?

you really have skills! Do you draw on the computer or on paper? (lines) anyway, you have such great, smooth lines with different thickness's and the drawings never look distorted or wrong, really awesome!

and the inking? You do that on the computer? Or also with a normal pen?
I ask, because I do the last (I suck at computer drawing) but you sometimes get grainy or awful lines when drawing them only...
what kind of tablet do you use? (assuming you use a tablet...)

I've done inking on the computer: In Adobe Photoshop [link] , in MSPaint (mouse-drawn) [link] or in Flash [link] ; I've also done inking by hand using a ball-pen [link] or simply pencil [link] . As you can see, the result is always very similar. It's not really about the technique. The secret lies in resolution - you need to make the outlines in much (!) higher resolution than the final image is intended to be. For example, if you want your picture to look good at 1000px (wide), then make the raw original 4000 px wide (2000 is usually enough, but experiment with your technique). The grainy, awful lines suddenly appear to be very smooth...
