Was hit by the sudden urge to draw the Riddler. This happens pretty frequently.
Although I can never draw him as anything but a wiggly chibi, for some reason. :C Haven't attempted anything serious in awhile...My try again soon. < U >;
Aanndd all my pictures of him turn out shiny. I mean, maybe not all, but a good majority do. This one did. Derp.
The blurb at the bottom was thrown in last-minute. Didn't want to add a "Riddle me this" because I feel stupid saying that, I don't know why. I just. It doesn't sound right.
I like how his expression came out. The cel shading was fun. Doopdoopdoop.
Feel like drawing Lex Luthor now. But he stole forty cakes when no one was looking. And that's terrible!
